Cabrito Tequila is made from 100% of the finest Agave in the Highlands of Jalisco, Mexico. This superior tequila is rested in old American oak barrels to produce an incredible smoothness. It is best enjoyed sipped on its own to appreciate the wonderful unfolding of smooth richness to an even finish. Each bottle is individually crafted by a glass artisan from recycled glass and is hand numbered. Challenge: Cabrito Tequila's current identity with it's labels and bottles do not reflect their commitment to the new branding of it's company or technological advancement. In fact, it communicates the opposite. The hand drawn goat on the labeling evokes ominous feelings and looks cheap compared to other brands. The hierarchy of the label is also very hard to read and does not communicate it's purpose to the best of its abilities. The packaging design and branding as a whole could be more consistent and cohesive with improvements.
Solution: The new re-branding and label design emphasizes the uniqueness of Cabrito’s delicate blend of uniquely aged tequilas, all aged in small white oak barrels, the earliest style of tequila production. The new label design highlights the exquisite qualities of the tequila. It presents Cabrito's tequila as traditional as well as well-crafted and modern. The packaging system is now capable of being expandable across many products that the company makes. It looks fresh and clean, just like a new delicious looking bottle of tequila.
